Heartbreak Hotel: hope for the brokenhearted part 1

Heartbreak is something I am all to familiar with from the aching pain of Teenage breakups to the adult heartbreaks of people leaving your life or living with life regrets. We have all been acquainted with heartbreak one way or the other. Heartbreak is characterized as overwhelming distress and anguish. Heartbreak can ACTUALLY TRIGGER a PHYSICAL response in the body causing pain and tighness of chest. Do you know what the most extreme physical reponse is due to heartbreak? You will find out at the end of the article...

I remember being a teen or young adult and feeling like it was the end of the world because a boy cheated and broke my heart. I actually decided to repent to God and accept Him as my savior after one of those many heartbreaks. I was so tired of all the emotional pain of relationships that I knew I needed a savior! Something came on one of those Christian TV channels and I said the prayer...

Two popular versions of the song "heartbreak hotel" echo the human expereince of heartbreak. With the opportunity to love as a human, we also are susceptible to the expereince of heartbreak.

Some people choose to become coldhearted and mean to lessen thier chance of pain. Some people decide to live in depression and defeat because of pain. Some people choose to turn thier pain into their mission to help others!

No matter what level of heartbreak you have experienced or may be experiencing, there is hope.

We have a savior !

For we do not have a High Priest Who is unable to understand and sympathize and have a shared feeling with our weaknesses and infirmities and liability to the assaults of temptation, but One Who has been tempted in every respect as we are, yet without sinning. Let us then fearlessly and confidently and boldly draw near to the throne of grace (the throne of God’s unmerited favor to us sinners), that we may receive mercy [for our failures] and find grace to help in good time for every need [appropriate help and well-timed help, coming just when we need it].Heb 4:15-16

The MessiYAH was physically and emotionally destroyed because of sin in the world. He felt all the heartbreak an anguish that one could feel. He took the heartbreak on for us so that we could expereince heart healing. He is there to help us in our time of need.

And just in case you didn't know what happens to our hearts physically when we have reached the peak of emotioanal turmoil, pain, and heartbreak...here it is...

It BURSTS! pouring out blood and water

Pain in our soul is real.He can heal that. Emotional pain was pushed to the extreme in Yahushua(Jesus). His heart literally BROKE and let out blood and water. He was so distressed in the garden He sweated blood. Dwell in Gods house and His secret place not heartbreak hotel.

Peace and Blessings!

Love ,

Krystal
